Study On Influencing Factors Of Economic Beneficial Result Of Using Arable Land

The peasants' problem is the key of the problems of Chinese agriculture, peasants and countryside. It is an effective way to solve the problem that improves the peasants' economic incomes from farm land. The farmers' main work is to engage in agriculture, and farm land is the main subject of labor. To obtain maximal economic incomes as possible is the primary purpose of agriculture production. In our country, farm households are important economic organizations and production units in rural areas. So it is very meaningful to research on influencing factors of farm households land using.In this paper, on the basis of theoretical research and empirical studies, the author analyzed the influencing factors of economic incomes from farm households land using; Ordered the influencing factors by the importance and found the main factors of influencing farmer households land using on the survey data of Yuanshi County, Hebei Province. It is able to offer reference for government in some policy making on the results of this study.This paper is composed of five chapters aggregately. The contents are as followed:In Chapter 1, the author generally introduced the background of the study, the object, and the purpose, significance of research and research methods and perspectives. In addition, the author reviewed some related researches at home and abroad, which can be used for this research.In Chapter 2, the author introduced some agricultural land using theories, such as the theory of the location of agriculture, the variety law of land returns, the theory of the scale benefit and so on. And the author also described the characteristics and significance of agricultural land using, the existing problems and the economic incomes of agricultural land using.Chapter 3 is the main part of this paper. In this part, the author focused on the influencing factors of the agricultural land using economic incomes and its mechanism. The main contents included: farm households' land-use objectives and land-use patterns, influencing factors of farm households land using and evaluation of these factors.In Chapter 4, based on positive analysis of Yuanshi County, Hebei Province, the author sort of the influencing factors of economic incomes from farm households land using by the method of AHP and found the main influencing factors under the present conditions. According to the research, the author made some suggestions of increasing economic incomes of agricultural land using. Chapter 5 is the last part of the paper. In this part the author pointed the shortcomings of the research and the further research direction.
