With the accelerating process of urbanization, the cultural level of the rural labor force continues to increase, and the era of unlimited supply of surplus rural labor has gone. The advantage of the demographic dividend has gradually disappeared; At present, being squeezed by the “price ceiling” of agricultural products and rising of the “floor” production costs are the two bottlenecks encountered in China's agricultural production. In particular, the rising cost of production factors such as rural land and rural labor forces make agricultural production be face a more severe test, and agricultural mechanization is the key to solving this difficult problem.Under the background of rising costs of rural labor outreach and agricultural opportunities, many rural households invest in agricultural machinery and generally replace agricultural labor with agricultural machinery to reduce agricultural production costs and improve agricultural production efficiency.Under the condition that the pattern of agricultural operations in our country is still small-scale decentralization, the agricultural machinery invested by farm households may face a situation of low utilization efficiency. In order to increase the efficiency of agricultural machinery utilization and open up household income channels, agricultural households should provide farmer socialization services to other farmers, but the existing literature lacks attention on the provision of farmer socialization services for agricultural machinery households.Inquiring into the factors that affect farmer households providing socialized agricultural services to other farmer households helps to formulate relevant policies that encourage farmer households to participate in the provision of farmer socialization services, which is of great significance for improving the availability of agricultural services for other farmer households. This paper is based on the logical clues of “land management scale, farm household labor structure—farmers household machinery investment” and “land management scale, labor force—agricultural machine socialization service”,through the construction of a binary Logistic model, empirically analyze the impact of factors such as land management scale and labor force on farmer households' investment in agricultural machinery and farmer households' socialization of agricultural services. The research results show that the scale of land management has a significant impact on the farmer's investment in agricultural machinery and the provision of agricultural socialized services;changes in the labor force will,to a certain extent, also lead to changes in agricultural production behavior such as farmer investment in farm machinery and provision of agricultural socialization services. In addition, farmer households investing in agricultural machinery are also significantly affected by labor and labor costs, household income levels, farmer satisfaction with agricultural machinery purchase subsidies, terrain and traffic conditions, and the degree of fragmentation of land.Farmers' socialization service supply behavior of agricultural machinery is also significantly affected by such factors as the price of agricultural machinery services, the value of agricultural machinery, agricultural technology training, the number of rice growing seasons, and the age of farmers. Finally, this article puts forward specific countermeasures and suggestions on encouraging farmers to invest in agricultural machinery and participate in agricultural machinery service provision.
