Today, as the market competition and market effects of globalization, time-sensitive needs of client groups increased gradually, the product supply chain response time requirements are much too high, time is becoming the new competitive resource. The market environment has forced companies must develop supply chain technologies to respond quickly to customer needs and shorten product delivery time and listing cycle. Rapid Response is receiving increasing attention enterprises.Delivered on time is to shorten the overall response to the supply chain cycle, implementation of supply chain agile functioning of important ways. The supply chain is composed of many members of the complexity of enterprise networks, each node within the supply chain between enterprises and its relationship with the external environment that exists between the various supply chain uncertainty on the extent of the damage than to individual enterprises much serious may bring to the supply chain enormous blow, and may even completely destroyed a supply chain, so that no longer exists. How in the supply chain response time under conditions of uncertainty to guarantee delivery on time become a lot of enterprises in the implementation of supply chain agility in operation faced a common problem.At inter-enterprise supply chain partnerships uncertain of how to be able to follow the overall objective of co-ordination between the revenue system as a whole to achieve synergy, the formation of the advantages of supply chain competitiveness studies are necessary to solve another key problem.In this paper, the main job and the results are as follows:First, the introduction of supply chain uncertainties related to the contents, first of all from the supply chain structure of three angles of the supply chain uncertainty in the classification; followed by analysis of supply chain uncertainty on the impact of system and described in this paper take into account uncertainty; then study the structure of the supply chain, supply chain structure analysis of the type and characteristics; the final details of the supply chain and control the spread of uncertainty.Secondly, supply chain systems in the uncertainty of important factors-supply chain response time, mainly from the supply chain to achieve optimal response time for this point of analysis and the results showed that only the key to adjust the activities of the enterprise to enable the internal supply chain response time that is optimal under conditions of uncertainty can be adjusted to eliminate the uncertainty brought about the greatest loss; study of the external supply chain optimal response time and how to determine the critical node enterprises, including the specific algorithm and simulation analysis.Finally consider the relationship between supply chain partners the uncertainty of the game based on the participants limited rationality assumptions, in view of the two symmetric and two asymmetric co-operation both cases, the analysis of dynamic models mimic copy and the corresponding evolutionary stable strategy, analysis The results show that, when bound by the trust mechanism is not sound, the node will eventually select enterprises uncooperative, and when the trust binding mechanism, the node will eventually select enterprise cooperation, put forward a solution:to solve because of the operation as an independent entity to join the supply chain enterprises of different goals and interests which led to local optimization and the overall sub-optimal problem.Finally, application of graph theory, focusing on the supply chain members of the selection methods, including selection ideas, mathematical model selection methods and optimization algorithms.
