With the rapid development and application of information technology,and the extent of the deepening global economic integration, enterprises are interdependent degree increases, the extent of market competition intensifies, and evolved into the competition between supply chains, which consists of the raw material suppliers, manufacturers, distributors and retailers in the supply chain to become the core of the market competition. based on supply chain management, enterprises have established a strategic partnership, sharing market information, shared risk and common benefit. In the intense competition in the market today, enterprises to gain the competitive advantage, to seek and choose to have complementary strengths of the partners, the establishment of strategic cooperative partnership up the firm is particularly important; efficient supply chain operations required to achieve mutual trust, information sharing, complementary advantages, collaborative management between enterprises, its goal is to achieve high quality, high efficiency, low cost, fast response, eventually get the whole supply chain competitive advantage.Based on the theory of supply chain management, the research of supply chain partner evaluation and selection method, analyzes the selection process of partners in supply chain, supply chain partner evaluation index system, the evaluation of partners in supply chain, supply chain partner evaluation index system mainly includes three aspects of basic conditions, partner partner internal business ability, partner cooperation ability, various indicators of the basic criteria, only meet the basic conditions to enter the supply chain alternative range.In this study, using data envelopment-AHP supply chain partner selection model analysis of the comprehensive efficiency of candidate enterprises, each enterprise comprehensive efficiency low out; and then use the AHP to calculate the index weight, the discriminant matrix by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, numerical calculation of each alternative to the enterprise, the quantitative level, selection of supply chain partners. Based on the selection of supply chain partners, to maintain supply partnership; Nash negotiation model and the satisfaction of the negotiation model in supply chain partnership maintaining, especially on maintaining profit allocation in supply chain partnership, finally points out the information sharing, fairness and trust, encourage, complementary dynamic collaboration is to maintain the supply chain partnership effective measures.The main contents of this paper are as follows:The first part mainly introduces the research background, the significance of the topic, research status, and introduces the main content of this thesis and the frame structure.The second part mainly analyzes the theoretical basis of this reference, introduces the game theory, transaction cost theory, synergy, and points out that the establishment of the existence of supply chain partnership issues etc..The third parts mainly analyzes the choice of supply chain partnership of, choice model, task characteristics are analyzed. The fourth part mainly analyzes the supply chain partner selection model etc..The fifth part mainly analyzes XT company supply chain partner collaborative management, including cooperation and competition management, risk management.The sixth part is combined with the actual situation, taking XT company as an example, empirical analysis.
