Empirical Research On The Competitiveness Of Non-Public Economy Of Hebei Province

The main purpose of this article is to design the index system model of non-public economic competitiveness form the perspective of the ownership and regions, and to measure non-public economic competitiveness used various comprehensive measurable methods. Based on the characteristics, the paper uses the methods of experimental analysis and specification analysis, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, static analysis and dynamic analysis, and comparative analysis.Firstly, this article gives the definition on non-public ownership economy and competitiveness, the paper summaries three inspective points that are ownership, region and development in the future based on the characteristics of competitiveness.Secondly, this article interprets non-public ownership economy of Hebei Province from the development process and current situation, and pointing out five main problems existing in non-public ownership economy of Hebei Province.Thirdly, this article designs index evaluation system model of non-public ownership economy of Hebei Province on the layers of the ownership and regions complying with contents of systematical theory and regional competitive. It chooses AHP, main component analysis method and R/S as evaluation tool in ownership and regional competitive study, predicting competitiveness development in these two layers of Hebei Province.Fourthly, on the basis of the index system model, this article makes the experimental analysis on the non-public economy of Hebei Province with AHP method, main component analysis method and R/S, pointing out the competitiveness in ownership of Hebei Province is higher than public ownership economy and the competitiveness in regional level is be about up to the average, and educing the competitiveness of non-public ownership economy of Hebei Province will be higher than public ownership economy in recent years, at one time, the gap will be biger and biger, the competitiveness of non-public ownership economy of Guangdong Province will be better than that of Hebei Province, but the gap will be smaller and smaller.Finally, this article puts up with the solutions and suggestions on the development of non-public economy in Hebei Province from perspective of government and enterprises.
