Research On Industrial Cluster Development Of Qaidam Circular Economy Experimental Zone In Qinghai

Since the late 20 th century, with the advancement of economic globalization, the Industrial cluster has already become a unique economical from in the world economy. Depending on the implementation of the industrial cluster strategy, China’s economic development has made remarkable achievements. However, based on the situation and regional difference of our country, the unbalanced characteristics of the regional economic development are very prominent. Compared with the eastern region,the regional economic development is far less of the northwest in the motherland. In order to balance the development of regional economy, with the pace of the western development, the development of the western region has caused extensive concern of the society from all walks of life.Qinghai Qaidam zone, region vast, rich in resources, is important new type of industrial base of the qinghai-tibet plateau region and the core area of the plateau characteristic industry development. It bears the heavy responsibility of the harmonious development of economy and society in Qinghai province. However, the vulnerability of ecosystems and the instability of eco-environment are very prominent in Qaidam region and hard to restore ecosystems are being damaged. How to solve the contradiction between economic development and protection ecological environment, to achieve sound and rapid development is an outstanding problem that this region is facing. Developing circular economy is a realistic way to solve this problem. The unique industrial spatial organization form of Industry cluster create advantageous conditions for the circular economy development, become the effective function carrier and material carrier of implementing circular economy.Therefore, this paper uses circular economy and industrial cluster as the theoretical guidance, took the industrial cluster development of the Qaidam Ci rcular Economy Experimental Zone as the study object. Combine with the rel ationship of the circular economy and industrial cluster.Basing on the system combing and analysis of existing literature, through the actual investigation an d study of the experimental zone, and using method of combination of qualit ative and quantitative analysis, it comprehensively analyze the industrial cluster development condition of the Qaidam Experimental Zone. It assess the indu strial cluster development of Qaidam Experimental Zone from the measure of the industrial agglomeration degree and the estimate of industrial cluster dev elopment trend. Find the existing problems that impact the industrial cluster d evelopment of the Qaidam Experimental Zone. Finally, puts forward some Su ggestions which can enhance the industrial cluster development of the Qaidam Circular Economy Experimental Zone.
