As the world intensified the process of economic integration, multinational companies in the world economic stage, playing an increasingly important role. Facing competition, multinational corporations encounter a common problem-cross-cultural management. The so-called cross-cultural management, mainly refers to transcend national boundaries and across national boundaries management. The context of multicultural coexistence to resolve cultural differences and cultural conflicts arising from the enterprise and the impact of human resource management plays a vital role in the development. Joint ventures and management of human resources in diverse environments international force their human resources management has to face the impact of cross-cultural differences.This paper studies the multinational companies within the cross-cultural management issues, the parent company and subsidiaries of transnational corporations, as well as subsidiaries in varying degrees within that there are cultural differences, cultural differences occur when this intensification can not be integrated, they will lead to cultural conflict.
