With the constant spread of the transnational operation activities, many transnational corporations have encountered the culture difference and culture conflict which sometimes seriously put the corporation's operation and management in a very awkward situation.J Company is a transnational company which head office is located in U.S. this thesis studied on the J company Wuxi branch, with the help of 5 culture scales and 19 culture dimensions of Brooks Peterson, interviewed some employees and launched a questionnaire, after a comprehensive analysis it has been discovered that there are great culture differences between Chinese local employees and U.S employees. And these culture differences mainly exist in the following aspects:(1) philosophy and idea; (2) management methods; (3) organization communication; (4) individual behavior; (5) employee evaluation and stimulation. After comparison, it has been proved that the education background, working years in J Company, position and previous working place have great influence, which always leads to the culture conflict of the Chinese employees and foreign employees. In order to eliminate the inconvenience and conflicts caused by the above-mentioned culture difference and conflict, three concepts have been proposed, they are prediction, solution and utilization.
