For the sake of eliminating the unfavourable factors of trade protection, many international enterprises are trying to explore bigger markets outside of their own country and also looking for cheaper manufacturing materials in order to be more competitive.The thesis researched the cultural differences affect management of enterprises and organizations issue, especially, is focusing on the cross culture management situation of France international S company. And also, the author had done some deep surveys in this France international company, by which some countermeasures were found.This thesis is divided into three parts: for the first part, this paper presents an explanation of the theory of the culture, culture difference and cultural coordination, which closely contact with cross-culture theory. For the second part, it introduces the Saint-Gobain international company background and mainly describes the present cross culture management situation of S company, then author discuss the culture difference issue with S company different level employees through Semi-structured interview, by which author design the questionnaire survey and to collect the data of culture conflict in the S company. For the third part, the article analysis the data which comes from the questionnaire survey and looks for some countermeasures to deal with culture difference in the company.The outcome of data analysis shows there are obviously culture difference between Chinese local employees and foreign employees. And these culture difference mainly exist in such aspects as follow: (1) organization communication; (2) employee evaluation and stimulation; (3) philosophy and idea; (4) traditional custom; (5) management methods; (6) working value. In the conclusion, the thesis points out the significance of the research and makes suggestions to the S company management. After that it points out the limitations of the research honestly and depicts prospects of the succeeding study.
