The Research On The Optimization Of Industrial Structure Of Yangtze River Delta

The Yangtze River Delta has become the strongest economic areas of China, not only thanks to its unique natural conditions, but also because of the national and provincial development policy. Although the Yangtze River Delta has achieved great development and became the vanguard of the country's reform and economic development, there are still many problems, as the industrial structure is concerned, such as industry structure homogeny, redundant construction, increasing pressure on resources and environment, etc. In particular, compared to some developed countries and regions in the world ,we are in the industrial chain of low-end capability,independent innovation is weak and a series of other questions. In today's complex situation of international financial crisis, domestic energy-saving emission reduction, industrial restructuring , the two provinces and one city as a new definition of the Yangtze River Delta, how to achieve coordinated development is ahead of us, this topic is hoped that through the industrial structure analysis of the Yangtze River Delta to investigate, to identify problems and recommend appropriate industrial structure optimization strategy for the Yangtze River Delta development,Based on regional economics, statistics, industrial economics theory, through extensive research, drawing on the elite of domestic and international industrial research results, we use normative analysis and empirical analysis; analyze the industrial structure status quo of the Yangtze River Delta comprehensively and systematically. First, we analysis the industrial structure of China's Yangtze River Delta region from the facet of rationalization,advancement,specialization,industry agglomeration and industrial structure homogeny, there are the analysis of three industries, also the study of three industries within the industrial classification, then draw some understanding of the overall industrial structure of Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai's strengths and weaknesses, stand the perspective of integration in the Yangtze River Delta, seek their own development path, and ultimately achieving balanced regional development. In the analysis of the Yangtze River Delta the industrial structure, we used the standard comparative methods, level of industrialization criterion, the softening degree analysis, the level of factor criterion, the location quotient, deviation-share analysis model and the industrial structure similarity coefficient. And then, on the Yangtze River Delta to conduct SWOT analysis of industrial structure optimization, identify the advantages and disadvantages opportunities and challenges of the Yangtze River Delta. Finally from a macro perspective put forward some policy recommendations based on the integration of the Yangtze River Delta.
