Taking the rural in TangXia Town as an example, the aim of this research is to discuss the situation and problem of the management of rural household solid waste in developed rural areas. With the method of Choice Modelling, villagers' willingness to pay (WTP) to improve present situation is inquired.This study consists of three parts: First is an Investigation of background information. Taking Tangxia as an example, the situation and problem of the administration of rural household solid waste is discussed. Second, Statistical Analysis is conducted. Based on the micro data, we analyzed the way of villagers dealing with household solid waste and attitude to policy of household solid waste. Third, Model Analysis is examined. Using Choice Modeling method, villagers' WTP and the factors which affect local households are analyzed through Multinominal Logit model.The result of the paper shows that villagers' WTP is about one point seven yuan one year when the frequency of cleaning is changed to twice from once a day. When changed bamboo basket to plastic bucket, villagers' WTP is about eleven yuan one year. Last, when improved the car form open to closed, villagers' WTP is about twelve yuan one year. In addition, income, education, gender and attitude to situation can affect their WTP.To summarize, villagers' in developed areas would like to pay for the administration of rural household solid waste. There are some ways to improve villagers' WTP, such as improving income, education and consciousness. Therefore, in developed rural areas, the management of household solid waste can be supplied by charging villagers.
