The Research On The Design For The Urban Complex In University Town

With the rapid development of urbanization and expansion of higher education, many cities in China surge to build university town. Thus, by adjusting the layout of urban space development, the university choose to build as an opportunity to lead colleges and universities focus on layout, the formation of large-scale university town and became the transformation of urban space. Not like it in west country, In this stage in China, the university town as an emerging product, there have been various problems: such as the University town area away from the city center; land of the nature and demographic composition of the simple; features a single, the lack of appropriate support services facilities and other functional units and so on. Therefore, how to achieve the university town Horn the park to the town? ,and find an effective way is the practical problem.Urban complex as a typical urban construction and integrated design, with land-intensive, functional composite advantages to create a good urban space and urban life. It can better integrate into the urban environment, urban space at this stage of the university town, create better urban life.This paper attempts to resolve the current university town "from the park to the town" process. It introduce the city's comprehensive physical pattern of development, and plan- design urban complexes of university town, and by the design of outer space and inner space, analysis the knowledge and approach of function, transportation, landscape of the urban complex of university town. The eventual adoption of a case to support the theory.
