Research On The Space Design Of Private Banking Customer Service Area

Compared with the traditional popular bank,the private bank has the characteristics of high entry threshold,diversified service content and channel,diversified network function system,and high-end network space environment.The customer service area space of private bank is an important space carrier of private bank.This paper defines its concept,knows the essence of customer service area space,and then puts forward corresponding design principles and methods.This paper studies the space design of private banking service from two aspects:spatial organization layout and spatial environment design.In terms of spatial organization layout,the service space is analyzed from four aspects:functional module division,spatial role division,spatial combination form,and spatial organization method.First of all,the space is divided into nine modules according to functions:transition area,reception area,customer waiting area,product display area,financial negotiation area,area for signing contracts,cash counter area,area for safe-deposit boxes service and multi-function service area.According to role,the space is divided into five types:lead-in space,entrance space,exploration space,main business space and activity space,and the division is corresponding to different functional modules.Secondly,the space combination forms and spatial organization method are summarized.Finally,by drawing the general layout diagram of the private banking service space,the paper summarizes and puts forward the spatial organization and layout principles of space partitioning,adjacent correlation,and overall order.In terms of space environment design,this paper puts forward the design means and methods from five aspects respectively in order to create the high-end,steady and individualized service environment atmosphere of private bank.In the design of interface form,boundary weakening,organic interface and other design methods of interface fuzzification should be chosen;in the design of interface material,the ways of the contrast between different materials and the expression of the same material texture should be given give priority;the design means of regionalization and emotion should be adopted in lighting design;in the color design,we should create the target atmosphere from two aspects:choosing the compound color or achromatic color as the main color of space,and using the logo color of the enterprise;in the security design,the closed space management and monitoring and alarm management should be carried out to the end.At the end of the article,according to a practical design project that the author has participated in during the post-graduate internship,the above-mentioned design theory and method are verified from two aspects:space organization layout and space environment design.
