Coordinating the development in urban and rural areas, and comprehensively building a moderately prosperous society is the main work of our Party and government. At the same time, increasing the supply of public goods in rural areas has the top priority of urban and rural development. However, the increase in the supply of public goods in rural areas, is not just the increase in the total, more importantly, it involves the optimization of supply structure. So we should build a kind of demand-oriented supply system.Based on the policy background of the new rural construction and development strategy called "having industry help agriculture, taking cities to promote villages development", this paper taking adaptability of supply and demand for the entry point of the research and regarding the creation of a demand-oriented supply model and demand-oriented supply system as the goal, does the research on the problem of rural public goods, in order to provide practical and theoretical basis for the government to formulate policies.The first chapter of this paper mainly demonstrates the background and the research significance. And in this part, based on the overview of research, this paper gives the main research ideas and research content. Chapter II major has a conclusion of the relevant concepts and theories about the public goods in rural areas. Chapter III and IV mainly analyzes the current conditions of China's rural public goods supply and demand, these two chapters focuses on analyzing the problems and the needs features.Chapter V reviews the history of the supply -oriented public goods model in the rural areas, this chapter also summarizes the experience of some foreign countries. Finally, the chapter on this basis, proposes the basic ideas of establishing the demand-oriented model.Chapter VI focuses on explaining the six key issues to be resolved in the establishment of demand-oriented supply model; The seventh chapter further discusses some logistic problems to be resolved in the establishment of such supply modes.
