Transnational M&A activity is very complicated, since transnational M&A is confronted with more risks in many ways. Nowadays, Chinese Oil Companies make a huge investment in transnational M&A, it's necessary to spot and evaluate all the risks of Chinese Oil Companies may be confronted.This paper based on International Investment, deal with the study of risks of Chinese Oil Companies'transnational M&A, adapt quality identification and quantification, empirical analysis and threshold analysis to identify and evaluate the risks of Chinese Oil Companies'M&A. Special discounts as follows: Firstly, this article describes the background, provides an overview of domestic study and foreign study of risks in M&A, and explaining the main studies, main methods and research road of this paper. Secondly, this article introduces the concept definition of transnational M&A, and conventional evaluation methodology. Thirdly, rests on the achievements of past generations, innovative combine the multidimensional analytic hierarchy process, the thesis builds an indicator systems of evaluation of Chinese Oil Companies'risks in M&A. In the fourth chapter, it analysis the current situation of Chinese oil companies'transnational M&A, such as the mode and scale of the M&A, regional distribution of the M&A and the main oil enterprises. And then, according to the indicator systems of evaluation of Chinese Oil Companies'risks in M&A, evaluate all kinds of risks which are both coming from the outside environment and enterprises themselves. The main conclusions as below:risks of external interference and government risks are the maximum risks, which play a very large impact on the organizational Structure, and more, with bad predictive. Otherwise, for the company itself, risk of decision-making before the M&A and integration after the M&A is the important ones, but have the good avoidance. Finally, through quantitative and qualitative analysis, this paper gives the suggestions to control the risks of Chinese oil company'M&A:M&A in conjunction, assessment of risk beforehand, adjust the financing methods, shift the risk to an insurance company, shoulder collective social responsibilities, make a scientific M&A plan before, attach importance to integration after M&A. Build a full range risk management system.The creative points of this paper is classifying the risks into two aspects:risks from outside environments and risks from company. And innovative use the multidimensional AHP to evaluate the risks.
