Study On The Relation Between China Aluminum Resource And Market Configure

In order to realize the sustainable scientific development of the aluminum industry in China, we must promote the configuration optimization to distribute the aluminum resources in reason inside the whole country, while mitigating the overinvestment. During the new period of rapid economic development in China, we can make full use of the bauxite resources, realize the scientific development of the alumina and primary aluminum industry, and provide the scientific decision-making reason for the scientific development planning of China aluminum industry, based on studying the configuration relationship between the aluminum resources and the market according to the market requirements under the guidance of the scientific development concept.The author analyzes the characteristics of the spatial distribution of bauxite in China, and summarizes the temporal and spatial distribution law; the metallogenic potentiality of bauxite resources is analyzed in China, and the resources conditions of major provinces producing bauxite is summarized in China. The exploration actuality of the bauxite is introduced in China. The author systematically analyzes the supply and demand history of the aluminum resources, and predicted the future demand of aluminum resources in China. Several problems in the aluminum resources and market configuration are summarized as followed:①the bauxite supply of the aluminum resources is insufficient, and the indemnification of aluminum resources is poor in China;②the alumina supply is insufficient, which can not meet the market demand;③the energy consumption of aluminum products is extremely high;④there are unreasonable phenomena in the industrial layouts of alumina and primary aluminum industries. After summarizing these problems, their causes are analyzed in detail in the paper.Aiming at the existing problems in the aluminum resources and market configuration in China, corresponding measures and suggestions are put forward as followed:①to further strengthen exploration and development of the domestic bauxite resources;②in order to steadily develop Chinese aluminum industry, our country should allocate the aluminum resources based on aluminum resources of all over the world;③to plan the primary aluminum production capacity scale, to strictly control the total amount, to reasonably develop primary aluminum industry mainly based on domestic demand, to speed up eliminating lagging production capacity, to restrict the export of aluminum material and to shift excess production capacity abroad ;④to transform the way of the economic growth and to promote the aluminum industry mergers and reorganization;⑤to collocate the spatial layout of Chinese alumina and primary aluminum industry based on the principles of sustainable development;⑥to further enhance the development of energy-saving technologies about the alumina, primary aluminum and aluminum productions;⑦to advocate developing the circular economy and to promote economical construction.
