The Studies Of The Influence Of Social Security On Residents' Consumption

Depending on the internal-demand drive is the necessary way of our country's economic development. Residents' stable security anticipation is necessary, and social security can provide this for our residents. So study the influence of social security to residents consumption is realistic and necessary. The paper based on the theoretical and empirical analysis, use the statistical data, combining the methods of economic statistics and classical econometrics to analyze the relation between social security and residents consumption. The result are, our country's social security expenditure level is low; residents consumption ratio is lower than the government consumption ratio, emphasize on the residents consumption is very important; rural residents consumption decreased year by year and urban residents consumption increased year by year, pay more attention on rural residents consumption is necessary; empirical analysis approved that there is long-term balance relationship between residents consumption and residents income, and between social security and residents consumption,and also approved the real influence of social security to residents consumption. And suggestions were put forth according to the results of analysis.
