Taking "production in a large amount,consumption in a large amount,a large amount of discard" as traditional dairy industry defect of development pattern of characteristic,causes resource waste,destroy and not in short supply.The environment dissolving self-purification ability with difficulty to support and constant deterioration of environmental quality,is seriously restricting the dairy sustainable development.The dairy circular economy is for the purpose of constructing dairy economy system of "resources-production-waste-revival resources" and is one new economic form of adapting the optimized dairy industrial structure,the resources utility reasonably,the ecological environment protection,the dairy sustainable development advancement.With the problem of environmental pollution and waste of resources broughted by dairy industry,the development of dairy industry circular economy is considered as a complex system.According to the system dynamics modeling steps,established a dairy recycling economy development model and builded its system dynamics model.Based on the eco-energy biogas engineering practice of Dairy Co.,Ltd.Zhenjiang Yangtze River,predicted the trends of economic and environmental benefits within the static payback period;detemined two different economic development programs by using Policy Simulation in dairy to show the effects on the environment;then proposed the sustainable development of dairy technology approaches and policy recommendations.(1) Based on the SD mode of Dairy circular economy model,the five subsystems through mutual causal relationship and the multiple feedback system optimized the dairy economic development,and achieved the ecological environment comprehensive effectiveness.(2) Quantitative analysised the large-scale dairy farms SD model of Yangtze River Dairy,the "Cow—Biogas—Planting—Cows" benign ecological cycle has reached a common economic and ecological effects, the static investment recovery period is 7.7 years,consists with dairy sustainable development.(3) The feedback process of dairy recycling economy development model of "culture resources-dairy products-renewable resources" achieves a low extraction,high use,low-emission requirements and the purpose of high output and low power consumption;Scale dairy farms can achieve utilization of biomass,geothermal and solar energy in the future;Dairy enterprise should put the four areas of "concept innovation, technological innovation,institutional innovation and innovation in practice" in practice and explores its own development cycle.In summary,the practice of energy and ecological dairy economic cycle model brings a good social benefits,environmental benefits and economic benefits.The results provide the related businesses a sustainable dairy development model of energy savings and pollutant reductions,improving efficiency and technical means of livestock manure resources using.
