Demonstration Research On FDI Technology Overflow Efficiency From Regional Differences Of Jiangsu Province

With the rapid development of technical and economic globalization, foreign direct investment (FDI) plays a more and more important role, at the same time, FDI has the increasing influence with the economic growth of our country. FDI technology spillover effect is an important driving force of our country absorbing international advanced technology to achieve technological progress. As an eastern coastal area, a major economic province, Jiangsu has been the main area of China's attracting foreign direct investment. With the further development of the economy in Jiangsu Province, FDI has been receiving increased attention, FDI spillover effect of technology has also become a research hotspot. But in recent years, Researches of FDI Technology Overflow Efficiency in Jiangsu Province most remain in the overall economy and major sectors, less studies on spillover effects and interaction of cities in Jiangsu Province. This text begins with the FDI position of southern Jiangsu,Central Jiangsu and Northern Jiangsu, there regions,13 cities of Jiangsu, from FDI technology spillover in Jiangsu and local absorptive capacity in Jiangsu two angles and using FDI participation,domestic and foreign enterprises competition,infrastructure,economic openness and human capital, the five variables test technology spillover effect of foreign investment on the impact of domestic enterprises in Jiangsu finds out problems in attracting foreign investment of Jiangsu Province, finally, puts forward a series of policy recommendations on the introduction of foreign direct investment in the future of Jiangsu from optimizing the environment for foreign investment shortening the gap between domestic and foreign technology,increasing investment in education and Promoting self-innovation in domestic enterprises, for the purpose of increasing the technology spillover effect of foreign direct investment in Jiangsu Province.
