Research On Technology Spillover Effect Of Foreign Direct Investment In Henan Province

With the development of global economic integration and China continues to improve openness, foreign investment in China continues to increase, the amount of foreign investment is growing. The entry of foreign funds not only to optimize the structure of investment sources, but also promote the development of foreign trade and industrial upgrading. More importantly, foreign investment brought back to our advanced technology and knowledge and experience, these more advanced technology could spill over into our country, thereby increasing the level of technological progress, thus contributing to China’s economic development.In recent years, a series of People’s Republic of China State Council approved the Central Plains Economic Zone strategic planning, comprehensive demonstration area Zhengzhou Air Port, "Zheng Luo Xin" National Innovation Demonstration Zone, Henan investment environment is getting better, facing new opportunities for development. So foreign investment in Henan province status, its advanced technology overflow to the local?This article uses empirical methods Henan FDI technology spillover effect size and Henan FDI technology spillover factors were analyzed, hoping to provide policy advice and reference for the Henan government to make better use of foreign investment, promote economic development in Henan.This article will be divided into five chapters. Chapter 1 is an introduction, mainly introduces the significance of the background, purpose, research methods and articles of the framework and related literature and Review. Chapter 2 FDI technology spillover theory review, including the definition of combing theoretical development of the basic concepts and analysis of the mechanism of FDI technology spillovers, the main use of the literature review and analysis of the theory. Chapter 3 binding Henan existing data on the development status of foreign direct investment were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis in this chapter,data and chart analysis. This chapter concludes that foreign direct investment in recent years,Henan Province, the development of better, but there are still problems. Chapter 4 is an empirical test is the core content of this article. Use Henan Province, Henan Province, total factor productivity growth measure of technological progress, the first data envelopment analysis(DEA) Malmquist index method to estimate the total factor productivity growth in Henan Province.
