The Study On Credit System Of China's Socialist Market Economy

Reform and open policy for more than 30 years,China's socialist market economy is more and more gradually,but due to the integrity of the Chinese traditional culture since ancient times, it is just the credit as a code of ethics ,often overlooked its economic implications in carrying out economic activities in the market,and lack of system protection in the development of the credit,and the market economy,the development of credit system that combined with market economy is slow and the market economy can not develop without the credit system.Therefore,to improve China's social credit system that plays an irreplaceable role in the sustained and healthy development of the market economy.For this reason,this article focuses on analysis and conclusion that lack of credit in the China's market economy now,and in the meanwhile,reference excellent experience of foreign credit national,and to explore credit system construction mode that suited to the development of China's economic.Firstly,it introduces the concepts of credit and the relation of credit system with market economy,and it laid the foundation for how to build and perfect the credit system. Secondly,it summarizes that it is lack of credit in main market players of China's socialist market economy.Through analysis the three aspects carefully.Then conclude that the reasons for the phenomenon of lack of credibility.They have institutional reasons,ideological reasons and historical reasons and so on.Finally,it introduces credit system in the foreign developed national,and trying to learn from their success experiences,and combined with an excellent credit ethics ideology of Chinese traditional culture,and on the basis of adhere to the principle of abandon,then to explore the construction mode that suitable for the development of China's credit system.With the development of economic globalization and continuous extension of China's marketization process,a good credit has become an important criterion for China's economy into world gate. With China's accession to WTO,The development of credit system is particularly urgent and more important. The lack of credit has become a bottleneck in the development of the market economy. Solve the lack of credit is one of the important measures to the phenomenon of system construction.Therefore,research that how to perfect the credit system of China's socialist market economy is necessity and reality.
