Sharing accommodation is a new form of accommodation in recent years.Although it cannot completely replace the traditional hotel industry,its role as a member of the sharing economy has its unique advantages and good development prospects in improving the efficiency of resource allocation.In the development process,the new way of sharing rooms with the Internet platform has emerged various kinds of dishonesty behaviors,which has aroused the concern of the society.The construction of the credit system has become a problem that needs to be solved in the sharing accommodation.It should be a perfect socialism.An important part of the credit system of the market economy.Guided by Marx's credit theory,this paper,based on the clarification of the important role of credit in the operation of market economy,starts from the credit status of China's sharing accommodation platform,from “landlord”,“tenant” and “platform” respectively.In three aspects,the problem of dishonesty in the online short-term rental market of housing is analyzed,including: violation of the principle of fair trade by the enterprise,the theft of the tenant to destroy the house facilities,the false propaganda of the landlord and the invasion of the privacy of others.And deeply analyze the reasons for the problem of dishonesty in the market,and believe that China has not yet formed a credit system that matches the development of the sharing accommodation l market.Based on the "Outline of Social Credit System Construction Plan(2014-2020)" promulgated by China,this paper draws on the successful experiences of some developed countries and proposes the overall concept of constructing a credit system for China's sharing accommodation market.Under the basic principles of overall planning and key implementation,government promotion and market cultivation,information sharing and privacy protection,and closely combining the characteristics of China's sharing accommodation market,the main content and promotion of the construction of the credit system are proposed,with a view to forming a perfect and effective The standardized and orderly sharing accommodation market credit system guarantees the legitimate and legitimate rights and interests of each participating entity.Finally,aiming at the current status and existing problems of the construction of the credit system,combined with China's "shared accommodation service norms",the paper puts forward some specific countermeasures for constructing the credit system of the sharing accommodation market from multiple angles and levels.
