Comparison And Research Of Domestic And Foreign Construction Project Management's Pattern

With our country joining the WTO, international market increasingly is opening to the outside world, and construction industry developing as the trend of globalization and internationalization. In the international large building market, it's certainly that all parts participate in the trade and competition will use the international conventions and models. But the researches and practices on construction project management(CPM) started a little late in china and at present our country is behind relatively that fall short of the requirements of international level. Therefore, in order to learn advanced CMP model and use for reference, to inhangce the CPM level, to shorten the distance against developed country and join into global dimension, this paper tries to compare the current situation of construction project mananement and model in demestic with that in external.This paper researches basing on the basic theory of CPM and with the supporting of F1DIC and PMBOK. At first, through comparation and analysis the present situation of CPM in both demostic and external, we find out the disparities and reseaons in our country. Then the thesis analyzes the model of CPM which is the emphase. It introduces the concepts and conditions for use of common models of CPM such as DBB,PM,BOT,CM,DB,EPC,PMC,Partnering and other combinatorial or evolution model. At the same time, it compares the differences between the main models. At last, aimed at the problems of CPM model in domestic, the thesis tries to readjust and optimize the models, and analyzes the vistas for spreading the BOT model in our country. BOT model is appropriate for developing and applying in china.Through the thesis exposition, it's good for project management employed persons to realize the disparities, problems and challenges that our country faced, to deeply understand the prevailing international CPM models. This paper provides references for project management companies to select the suitable model, so it's able to strengthen Chinese international competitive power, and promote china to blend in international building market. Therefore, this thesis has some reference significance for both enterprises and manager persons.
