At present , the level of building engineering construction in China are so slowly. But ,in many countries the informationization of management building construction are applied wildly. So digitalization management in building engineering construction is the way of improving project management level in china . The meaning of this research is to form the scientific and useful engineering management system. This system can advance the management level of building engineering construction in China clearly. The researches and practices in many years have proved that the WBS engineering structure analysis is the most effective methods for building engineering cost control. Composed from the advanced theories and experiences from foreign countries and practical situations in China, we have expanded the fields of WBS and formed the effective management system for three top objects control in building engineering. There are many practical benefits for upgrade the management levels of building engineering construction in China. This system supplies the basic platform for the informationization of engineering construction management. Based on the practice of the informationization of engineering construction management, we can fulfill the informationizational management of building engineering.The final goal of this research is to solve the low level problem of building engineering construction in China. In order to fulfill this goal, we expanded our research from the base of the three top objects control. The first step is based on the WBS project structure analysis to modularization analysis the building engineering physical substance. At the mean time, we have analyzed the corresponding engineering project objects based on the same principal. In order to fulfill the information exchange of CAM and project cost in the control process, the second step is to coding the analyzed modules based on the codes of construction quantity bill. For the construction of basic platform of digitalization management, the third step is to build the standard parameters system and database for the total digitalization of module characteristics and every analyzed object. Finally, based on the digitalization management platform and computer, we fulfill the dynamic data collection, treatment, analysis and decision in construction process. Through these four steps, we have reformed the traditional engineering construction experience management method from low effective, low accurate and low feedback sensitive to an advanced level of scientific, high feedback sensitive, clear object and high effective.The main innovation achievement of this subject is the new method of engineering analysis which is based on the traditional engineering analysis method. This new method fulfills the more scientific engineering structure analysis. At the mean time, in order to fulfill the construction digitalization management, this article use the new engineering structure analysis principal and the construction quantity bill theory to set down the new module coding method. This achievement has made the conditions for informationization engineering management. The realization of these two works has the decision meaning for advance the engineering construction management. Because of the inefficient of information collection and practical experiences, there are some problems which are needed to advance and perfection. Example, the building of engineering management database, the contrasting and evaluation of management performance, we shall research and perfect these problems gradually and continually.
