The Study On The Path Of RMB Internationalization

With the acceleration of global economic integration process and the rapid development of China's comprehensive strength, the issue of RMB internationalization has gradually become the hot topic in the academic research field.Generally speaking,since the levels of economy and social productivity have developed to a certain extent, the country's currency internationalization is the inevitable result; exactly it is the product of the country's economy internationalization. Meanwhile, currency internationalization can also promote the country's economic development as well as its social progress. Therefore, not only the developed countries, but also the developing countries attach great importance to the currency internationalization role in promoting their economic development. They strive to make their native money to go abroad. As the third largest economy integration, China should promote the process of RMB internationalization actively. This is the fundamental method for us to enhance the right to speak in the global monetary system, at the same time; it is also the necessary requirement for further developing our country's economy.This paper follows the general to the specific research ideas and is divided into six chapters, and the first chapter presents the introduction part briefly. It consists of the significance and value of this topic, the thoughts and goals of this research, as well as its methods and main innovation.The second chapter generalizes the international monetary theory, and thus points out the lack of previous studies and the research task of this paper.The third chapter illustrates the experience reference of the world's major currencies (including the British pound, the dollar, the yen and euro) and the enlightenment of RMB internationalization in China.The fourth chapter discusses conditional backgrounds of RMB internationalization and the necessary of RMB internationalization.The fifth chapter provides the way for RMB internationalization to take. In the first phase, let RMB realize its surrounding usage. In the second phase, make RMB regionalized. And in the third stage, smooth RMB's path to its internationalization.The sixth chapter analyzes the obstacles appeared during the process of RMB internationalization, which mainly involved into the analysis of their causes.Finally,the last chapter upholds countermeasures to major obstacles which appear at the process of internationalization of RMB.
