Correctly analysis the risk factors of the financial strategy.and how to evaluate the risk of financial strategy are very important to prevent corporate financial strategic risk.After defining the financial strategy, strategic management, risk management and strategic risk theory, In this paper, Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP analysis, qualitative and quantitative analysis are used to assess financial strategy risk. Firstly this article explains the definition and characteristics of the financial strategy and strategic risks.Then based on the domestic and international study in risk factors for strategic,and a lot of study in risk factors of financial strategy,We summarizes the risk factors of financial strategy are:financial strategic environment, financial capabilities, financial capital, organizational structure and efficiency, the quality of financial management person, corporate culture and financial flexibility.Then we use the principle of physics "trigger" to describe the formation mechanism of the financial strategy risk, then the use of AHP analysis,build index system factors of financial strategy risk.In the end we use them to evaluate the risk of financial strategy. |
