| As the real estate has close connection with other industries, it plays an important role in the society and becomes the economic backbone of our country. With the development of our economy, the real estate gets more prosperous. Especially for recent years, the high price of house cause many problems for the family who has low-level income and becomes the hot spot in the society.The special feature and position of real estate determined the need of government's intervention. However, the topic of how and what the government should do attract more attention. As the World Bank's report said, around the world, the government is becoming the focus of all of people. Far-reaching global economic development make us think some basic problems again:what its role should be, what it can do and cannot do. Facing the high price of house, the government has continued to take some measures to deal with the problem, but the effect of these policies did not satisfied most of the people. This thesis will analyze the policies about the intervening the real estate released recently by China, and in the mean time study the helpful way of other regions in order to come up with some beneficial and useful suggestions for perfecting our intervening system. The whole thesis is divided into four parts:The first part outlines the relative concepts of government and real estate, the theories which is the basis of the study, the thought in writing, the research method and the innovation point of this thesis.The second part studies the important real estate intervening policies released recently in China, and then separates the polices into different kinds for analyzing. On the basis of former analysis, it finds the reasons of the problems.The third part refers to the representative examples of other regions for the purpose of getting some helpful ways to promote our government's intervention.The last part comes up with some specific suggestions to deal with the problem on the basis of the former parts'analysis. |
