In the development process, bonded port needs to occupy more inland market in order to expand their business, thus it attempts to make partnership with inland port. At present, the modern port is on the way of a link of supply chain, the competition between the ports is evolving the competitions between the supply chain which the ports are involved in. As a link of supply chain, the modern port determines the operating efficiency of the supply chain. Meanwhile, in the inland region, we also need an efficient link to ensure the smooth of the entire supply chain, which can attract more goods. And the inland port in the supply chain plays such a role. So, how to find a suitable inland port as a partner in the inland areas becomes particularly important.Against the above background, from the related theory of interaction between bonded port and inland port, the paper not only studies the mechanism of interaction between them, but also studies the theory of partner selection. And then, it establishes index system of partner selection from interactive prerequisites, interactive value and interactive risk. On the understanding that the indicator data are not or are difficult to quantify, the paper proposes to use relative position estimation-based partnership selection to sort the inland port. Finally, it does the empirical research by taking Haicang Bonded Port for example. The research on the partner selection model is an important component of interaction between bonded port and inland port, it provides reference basis for bonded port to select an inland port as a partner. At the same time, there is a reference sense for the application of relative position estimation-based partnership selection on other similar problem.
