With the rise of global economic integration and international trade volume increasing year by year, the competition among seaports is increasing. What a port enterprises most concerns about is how to fight for broader economic hinterland and supply. The development and competition practice of international shipping market shows that establishing bonded port can play its full role in its unique international transit function and get more resources from the hinterland for the sea port; while the competition for land resources relies on cooperation with inland ports to make up for shortcomings and increase the comprehensive competitiveness of seaports.Based on the above background, this paper creates three interaction modes, namely, Strategic Alliance Model, Joint Venture Mode and Virtual Interactive Mode, through summarizing existing literatures and analyzing the situation and development trend of China’s ponded ports and inland ports. On the other hand, three modes’definitions, advantages and disadvantages and their application environment are also explained. Secondly, factors which may impact the choice preference in order to establish a comprehensive index system after screening out of the key factors. Finally, in order to scientifically and reasonably select an interaction mode this paper establishes a selection model based on BP neural network from the point of multi-index comprehensive evaluation. On the other hand, Xiamen Haicang bonded port and Sanming, Nanchang inland ports are examples which can prove the BP model is practical as well as having excellent generalization performance. This paper has important theoretical value and practical significance on accelerating healthy development of the port, strengthening its international competitiveness, speeding the development towards to fourth generation port and confirming on its status as an international shipping center.
