Research And Realization Of Six Sigma Controls

Six Sigma management is a mainstream quality management approach in the world today. The most frequently used project management software is Microsoft Project, and the commonly used Six Sigma project analysis software is Minitab. However, almost no software with the integration of these two tools, which makes Six Sigma project management work particularly heavy. As a result, a modern enterprise management and analysis method is urgently needed now.The combining precondition of Six Sigma project management and analysis is realizing system controls. Therefore, this paper conducted the study in Six Sigma controls. We improve the function of existing controls and realize Six Sigma controls intellectualization, which make the user operation more convenient and simple.The contents of this article after analyzing the functional needs and performance requirements, the overall system architecture and functional structure were given. The main contents of systemization implementation include:①Package and expand the existing single control, combine the multiple controls.Since the tools function in Six Sigma project management analysis system has changed, we improve, expand as well as perfect it based on the existing tools. By study the function of existing controls, we realized packaging and expanding of the single control, then assemble and package two or more than two controls to form an even more powerful control, finally establish the control set, which meet the functional requirements of system.②Data exchange based on XML controlDue to Six Sigma project management rely mainly on analyzing the data, and the data formats between the controls are different. Therefore, we adopt XML to exchange data from controls to controls, controls to database, and controls to other systems. In this way, we can guarantee the integrity of data.③Realize most controls of DMAIC process④Intellectualization of controlsWe conducted a research and realized the intellectualization of controls while assembling the controls in the system. The systems not only display the processed data and curves, but also provide the analysis results and trends forecasting to facilitate the users.
