Power grid projects have features of high investment and long recovery term. Previous cycle, difficulty and risk of present project are increased gradualy. This paper established evaluation system for power grid construction projects to identify risk factors. The author evaluated the risk factors for project using the multi-level fuzzy evaluation model, quantified the pre-time of grid projects with the method of probability analysis for risk, proposed precautions of risk and illustrated it with examples. Established the management model for power construction projects, according to the evaluation results and the project risk assessment to provide support for risk management of power grid projects. |
