In this paper, on the basis of looking up the home and abroad literature about wind power current situation and the method of pricing, through investigations on the spot, connecting the NingXia wind project, analyzing the method of NingXia on-grid prices under the energy-saving dispatch and discussing the impact of on the grid wind to grid operating.
