Analysis On The Management System And Operating Mechanism Of China Electricity Council

As a national industry association in power industry, the China Electricity Council is one of important parts in a diverse system of governance. What plays a vital role in serving members, industry as well as government. In the long-term practice, CEC has accumulated a lot of experience and possessed a certain of innovations, what helped it made some remarkable achievements. At present, there is a certain of short comes in the external management structure and internal operating mechanism, etc. In order to promote the development of CEC in healthy, in the government part, we need to improve and perfect the dual management system actively as well as accelerate the changing processes of government functions; to legislate and create a favorable external environment for CEC and all the industry association. In CEC part, we need to improve its operational mechanism and provide good internal conditions from such aspects as the establishment and improvement of internal management structure, strengthen the member management, financial management, personal management, etc.
