Power rate is the sales income of power grid enterprises and is the ultimate outcome of power marketing as well, and there exists risks that caused by factors leading to untimely and inadequate power rate during the entire power marketing process. The thesis, by applying theories and methods of risk management, identifies these risks during the entire power marketing process, and puts forward risks evaluation method, and analyzes the risk control method and system by analyzing the risks through some part of mathematical model. The thesis starts from risk management procedures and attaches special importance to evaluation on the risk factors and the mutual effects to put forward major methods and operational processes by trying to transfer from the traditionally vague and qualitative analysis, and power rate risks control to quantitative and exact analysis, hoping to provide some new thoughts to the power rate control for power rate risks in the new situation. |
