As electricity sales enterprise, the development of power supply enterprisesdepends largely on the effect of electricity marketing. With the macroeconomicregulation and industrial restructuring in China, the economic environment brings riskto the market exploitation of power companies. As is well-known, power supplyenterprises in our country as a state-owned business, has been in the monopolyposition in the market all the time. Because of that, most of us are lacking torecognize the seriousness of the Electric power marketing risk. Therefore, the controlof marketing risks of electric power plays an important role for power supplyenterprises.In the first place, this paper describes the background topics and significance ofimplementing marketing management of risk for the power supply enterprises. Thenwe can summarize the necessity to implement marketing management base on theanalysis of status of the power supply enterprise marketing. Through the study ofdomestic and international risk management cases, we put forwards the ideas of thispaper. Secondly, elaborating on the status of risk management of power supplyenterprise marketing raises the related knowledge and overview, which can identifythe marketing risks. The conclusion that power marketing is a high-risk industry isobtained according to the detailed analysis of risk factors using fuzzy syntheticevaluation model. Once again, the corresponding rules of marketing management ofpower supply enterprise are established through risk control measures to achieveeffective risk control. Finally, the marketing risk management system of power supply enterprise is build to further standardize and control marketing managementrisk effectively.
