Based on the full analysis of market competence theory and marketing competence development situation of china small edible oil industry,discuss the relative influence factors of marketing competence about small packed edible oil,construct assessment index system of marketing competence and illustrate the notion of specific indicators,the paper select 14 famous brands of small packed edible in china market,of which including foreign and native.Use PPE model based on GA for comprehensive assessment of marketing competence,get comprehensive sequence,moreover,classfy the band rank based on the experts of oil industry,apply BP Neural network for checking up th evaluation results,in the meaning time,get weight and contribution rate of indicators,further get suggestion and strategy to improve the marketing competence of small edible oil for native brands and company.
