Research On The Electricity Enterprise's Core Competence Based On Fuzzy Neural Network

Electricity as a pillar industry of national economy, its development throughout the country, enhance the comprehensive national strength plays an extremely important role. Reform of China's electric power companies have entered the break the monopoly and introduce competition, the implementation of a new phase of market economy. Core competence is the core business strategy, building the core competence is the key to development. Therefore, comprehensive evaluation of electric power enterprise's core competitiveness to grasp the development trend of electric power enterprises is essential.This paper present the actual situation of China's electric power companies, the core competitiveness of enterprises as the research object, the perspective of intellectual capital on core competitiveness of power to define the elements, analysis and evaluation. Build a power enterprise's core competitiveness evaluation index system, and build the core competitiveness through FNN, so that a correct understanding of power enterprises develop their own situation can help them to enhance their comp cording to the value chain theory and its features electric power enterprise value chain model to analyze the formation of the core competitiveness was build; Secondly, combining intellectual capital theory, from the perspective of intellectual capital power constitutes the core competitiveness of enterprises elements, the power enterprise's core competitiveness evaluation index system was build; then, extract the core competitiveness of the main factors thanks to the use of AHP, as a neural network model of the input indicators; Finally, the fuzzy neural network evaluation model of the electric power enterprise was build, and thanks to the established model a particular enterprise's core competitiveness was evaluated.
