With the telecom industry reform and industrial restructuring, China's telecom industry has broken the monopoly for many years, the arrival of 3G and a comprehensive restructuring of the telecommunications industry have all contributed to the intensified competition of the telecommunications industry. With data services continuing to mature and improve, in order to maintain the existing market leading position, major operators have expanded their business, changes to the entire business operations. At the same time, telecommunications and other related companies within the industry aware of the arrival of self-development opportunities to continually develop and grow stronger, and fight for the profits generated by the value chain with the operators, this series of challenges and threats, in some areas inevitably shake the dominance of telecom operators, result in industry-related business dominate force changing in the value chain.Telecommunications industry has long been the research focus of Domestic and foreign scholars, but most research focuses on the evolution of the telecommunications industry value chain forms, or the research on the representative business within the operational telecommunications industry. Taking the research of value chain as a starting point, This article distinguishes the concepts between the value chain, the industrial chain and value chain, and analyze the concept of industry value chain dominate force, and sum up six properties of the value chain leading enterprises, such as comparative advantage characteristics, continuous high efficiency, high-income elasticity of demand, technological progress characteristics, industry relevance, sustainable development. Through the analysis of the structure during traditional stages of the telecom industry, monopolistic competition period, and all business competition period, summed up the factor which affect the value chain dominate force in the telecommunications industry. The external environmental factors which affect ownership changes in the telecommunications industry value chain are macro-policy factors, economic factors, social and cultural factors and technology factors. Although there are many factors influence the external environment, after a comprehensive analysis of the overall environment, it's not difficult to find that the changing consumer demand is the direct factor which driving the changes in the value chain, thereby affecting the industry value chain dominate force. It will has more right to speak, and get the foundation to compete for dominate force in the industry value chain, when the company can effectively attract the final consumer, and meet their consumption needs.Analyzed from the point of the internal structure of Industry value chain entities, the factors in the internal structure of physical affecting the changes in the telecommunications industry value chain dominate force include: telecommunications network operators, SP / CP, network equipment suppliers and terminal equipment manufacturers , etc. Through the analysis of the constituent entities, I found that the direct reason for the change of the telecommunications industry value chain dominate force is the competition among the industry value chain participants. The determining factor of the change is the scarce resources that the subjects of the industrial value chain have, and the core competitiveness that the company can effectively use the resources to achieve competitive advantage inside and outside the industrial value chain. The participants could change the existing dominant status, and struggle for new adjustments of the value chain, only just they could take full use of the resources the particular enterprise has, and create value for the company.Due to external environmental factors and internal factors constitute the entity is multitudinous, in the course of Studying the changes of dominate force in the telecommunications industry value chain , based on the telecommunications network operators, according to the favorable or unfavorable conditions of the external environmental factors for the network operator's favorable or unfavorable, as well as the strong or weak state of internal structure of entities in relation to telecommunications network operators, I divided the telecom industry value chain into four states, the traditional single control state, co-development state, the strong winning the dominant force state, and industrial recession state.Analyzed the transition between various states, in order to determine the mechanism of the changes in the telecommunications industry value chain dominate force.Based on the detailed analysis of the various states,I analyze the process of mutual transformation among various state, Including changing from traditional single control state to, from the traditional single control state to the strong winning the dominant force state, from the state of cooperation and development to the traditional independence state, from the strong winning the dominant force state to the traditional single control state, from the other state to the industrial recession, etc.The state's transformation process constrained by the combination of factors, Factors from the external environment, such as changes in policies and systems view of the economy's development, changes in customer demand could all induce the operation of the telecommunications industry value chain. The development of the internal structure of entities, such as further affect the competitive advantage potential to each subject's rights in the value chain. Through comprehensive analysis, I clear the corresponding changes in the process, and first establish the telecom industry value chain analysis model on the changes of dominate force.Finally, taking mobile payment services as an example, Firstly I analyze the value chain of mobile payment business models, take it as a starting point ,I demonstrate the mechanism of the changing of value chain dominant force in mobile payment services, to validate the analysis of the mechanism of the changing of value chain dominant force in telecom industry. On this basis, Forecast the mobile payment value chain future state.
