A Biomass Power Plant Benefit Influence Factors Research

China is a large agricultural country, rich in biomass resources. Biomass Power Generation is one of the important ways to effectively utilize the biomass resources. However, there are no special management measures to control the process of project approval, construction, power combination till the project acceptance. So that some of the finished domestic biomass power generation projects are still operating in a loss state, affected the progress of projects and investor enthusiasm. Especially for the problems during the project construction, no effective measures have been taken up to now.This article analyzes the operations status of a biomass power plant in Northeast China, finds out many factors which influent the economic benefits of biomass power plants, uses the modern operational management theory and methods to solve problems. The objective of this research is to identify the vast development prospects of the biomass power generation in China, to propose the specific recommendations about the development of biomass power generation projects in our country.
