Soybean play a very important role in the daily life of Chinese people. Soybean not only has planted thousands of years of history in China, and the soybean protein content is relatively high, close to 39%; other soy products also plays an indispensable role after the soybean crush animal feed, because the protein content of soybean meal is higher than others. Other soybean industry has a longer chain, the chain includes not only the soybean production industry, soybean transport, but also soybean processing industry. Therefore, the soybean industry's development will affect the income of soybean farmers, but also affect the transport and processing of soybean interests.Because of import of soybean is rapiding growth and great changes in market supply and demand of soybean in recent years,which make China become to the species of concern in grain market.Before 1950, China is the world's largest soybean producer and exporter. But in recent years, China's soybean production is more and more slowly. This indicates that the comparative advantage of the gradual loss of soybean. Therefore, the study about loss of comparative advantage of soybean industry is of great significance.The first chapter is mainly related to the soybean industry at home and abroad research literature about competitive advantages,and mainly related to research results of domestic and foreign scholars of the soybean industry about competitive advantage of soybean; the second chapter overviews the theory of comparative advantage and competitive advantage theory; the third chapter analysis the current situation of China's soybean industry, which includes the current situation of China's soybean production, processing status, flow status and policy status quo; the fourth chapter the fourth chapter comparative analysis the U.S. soybean industry development status and China's soybean industry, through cost management theory model to analyze the break-even the United States the reasons for the high agricultural subsidies; the fifth chapter combines the analysis of these chapters, and gives this analysis of the conclusions.
