Complete reward system is the most useful tool that motivates, attracts, develops and keeps talented people. However, historic idea of reward system design for sdciq hasn't satisfied its development and individual demands of modem workers. So, we firstly introduce reward system of sdciq and its problems from the view of human resource management in this article. Then we put forward some advice about the recent problems, such as pay for performance, Reward Strategies,and Executive Reward as well.This paper studies with the 360 degree-reward.The 360 degree-reward means that there ward has two parts, extrinsic reward and intrinsic reward. The extrinsic is the economic rewards and working condition setting for the employees because of their contribution, including salary, bonus, compensation, subsidy, offices and other series of nonmonetary welfare and etc. The intrinsic reward is the rewards of receiving promotion, compliment, recognition because of their hard-work and etc. And consequently, result in sense of honor, of achievement and of duty. The former reward refers to lots of calculable value for employees, and the later one is various of uncountable value for employees, and the later one is various of uncountable value for employees.The idea of "360 degree-reward'rest with a series of stimulation solutions including some narrow-sense reward (e.g. base pay, bonus etc), some monetary compensation, such as assure, and some internal stimulations e.g. training opportunity, profession guidance, promotion, compliment, recognition and enterprise culture etc. By theoretic analysis and research, with the idea of 360 degree-reward, the article proposes a complete new model of reward system, which can strengthen motivating function of rewards. The 360 degree-reward system emphasizes the humanity and shows its special charm. Its application emphases include that the extrinsic reward is foundation, theintrinsic one is the key and other reform of sdciq unit such as performance check system is the guarantee.
