ABSTRACT:In recent years, with the rapid economic development, China's rapid growth in the overall size of the logistics industry, development environment and conditions continue to improve. China's logistics industry has developed into a pillar industries. While in the logistics industry and prosperity, China's third party logistics has made great progress, both to increase the amount, but also to improve quality. But as a whole, small businesses, service level is not high, third party logistics still remain at a certain level or a certain link. Third-party logistics organization lags behind the development, logistics and high cost, poor responsiveness, logistics achievement. With increasing competition, to enable enterprises to quickly respond to market demand, to provide satisfactory customer service, third party logistics enterprises, especially medium and small third-party logistics companies need to conduct their own characteristics logistics business process optimization.Based on the A logistics business process analysis, organizational structure, express business processes, customer service processes and management information technology system problems were found in four perspective for intuitive business process constraint analysis and impact of the causal analysis of process efficiency, logistics business process optimization based on the theory, put forward to optimize the existing business process strategy:first optimization company organizational structure, establish class of matrix organization structure optimization model, the project management is introduced into the operation of logistics activities. Second, express business process optimization, respectively, from the carrier area, operational area, to reach areas, window to optimize the delivery of four-link set, clear operating rules, improve the efficiency of business operations. Business process re-optimization of customer service, from the convenience of our customers point of view, the establishment of customer-facing business processes, improve service capability and level. Finally optimal management information systems, to Internet technology-based B/S model structure, the results of scientific and technological progress applied to the logistics of production practice, in order to improve the company's overall operational efficiency to achieve the goal.
