The logistics is very important in the modern society. The third party logistics is themain part of logistics system, and also is the development direction of modern logistics.The prospect of its development restricts the social and economic development frommacro and micro two aspects. From a macro point of view, the operation of the logisticssystem constraints and determines the operational efficiency of the economic system andefficiency. From the micro level, the development of the third party logistics enables theother enterprises to focus on its main business, finally realize the optimal allocation ofresources, let the limited human and financial resources to focus on core business, andstrive to develop new products to participate in world competition. Through the logisticsoutsourcing could to reduce cost and improve efficiency.The logistics industry in China started late; the development of the third partylogistics is facing great challenge. According to the above situation, in this paper thepresent situation of the third party logistics enterprise service quality was analyzed toexplore and find out the crux of the problem; And put forward the constructiveSuggestions and planning to improve the service quality of third-party logisticsenterprises in China, it has positive practical significance in speed up our country thirdparty logistics development.First of all, this paper presents the research background and significance, andsummarizes the domestic and foreign research situation of logistics service quality,discusses the related theory of third-party logistics service quality. Second, compared to developed countries the development status of third-partylogistics service quality management, elaborates on third-party logistics enterprises in ourcountry are analyzed in terms of quality of service the present situation of thedevelopment and widespread issues.Moreover, through to the food, beverage, fast moving consumer goods, clothing,textile and pharmaceutical industries enterprise middle managers questionnaire surveyand data analysis, explores our country third party logistics enterprise the problems in thequality of service management.Finally, based on the service quality, customer satisfaction, total quality managementof related theory and application research, combined with the analysis of thequestionnaire results, proposed our country third party logistics enterprise service qualityimprovement countermeasures and methods.
