Development Status And Problems Of The Chinese Family Enterprises

As the most universal form of business organization in the world, the family enterprises have a significant place in the world's economy. In the past over 30 years, the family enterprises have made a rapid development and great achievements in China, which shows the advantages of the family enterprises system.However, the family enterprises in our country often have their own problems, both in property rights system and the governance structure. Those problems will restrict the further development and growth of the family enterprises, and become the urgent problem of the current development for the family enterprises in China.Therefore, it is indicated that the developing direction of China's family enterprises is to establish a modern family enterprises system, which includes the advantages of both traditional family system and the modern enterprise system. The main contents of the modern family enterprises system are opening up the enterprise's equity, opening up the work position, financial liberalization, and strengthening the culture construction of the family enterprises.Meanwhile, this paper emphasizes the connection of both theoretical research and empirical analysis, and lists an actual case of the New Huadu Industrial Group Corporation as the basis of analysis. It also points out that the specific measures and methods of establishing modern family enterprises system includes adjusting the structure of property rights, improving personnel recruitment system, strengthening information disclosure system, and establishing equity incentive system.
