The shareholder group maintained by family enterprise or family relationship is the most common enterprise organization form in the world today,having a pivotal position in the world's economic development.Its number is more than 75%of the global corporate share,to solve the global 50%-55%People's employment,the contribution rate to global GDP reached 60%.This fully proves the importance of family enterprise in the world organization status.Since the development of China's reform and opening-up,China's family enterprises have achieved the continuous rapid development and play an indispensable role in promoting economic growth.At present,the proportion of domestic family enterprises in the private sector accounted is more than 90%,revealing the family enterprise for China's economic development is extremely important.From the history of family enterprise,it is undeniable that family enterprise has made great contribution to the development of social economy at the beginning of its birth,and has played an important and positive role for the social economy.However,with the development of family enterprises,the lack of human resources and family nepotism severely tied the development of family enterprises.If family enterprises want to adapt to the development of the times and move towards the development of modern standardization enterprises,they must break the nepotism and inject fresh blood from the outside world.This paper will adopt two methods:literature research and case analysis.Firstly,this paper will analyze a large number of related information and literatures about the change motivation of professional managers in family enterprises.This article will start with the change of professional managers in family enterprises,to further analyze the role and positioning of professional managers in the inheritance of family enterprises,as well as the motives of the change of managers in family enterprises,as well as the impact of change.Besides,through the analysis of the change of the manager of JuneYao Group,this paper analyzes the complexity and contradiction in the process of inheriting the family enterprise,and further proves the motivation of the manager's change.Through studying the development course of JuneYao Group,this paper analyzes the reasons behind JuneYao Group's downs and analyzes the motives of the change of professional managers in June Yao Enterprise,the purpose is to provide experience and reference for the transformation of Chinese family enterprises to professional managers.In fact,there are many drawbacks and obstacles for the family to introduce professional managers.Moreover,with the development of the times and the development of enterprises,professional managers are not suitable for every family enterprise and not suitable for the development of family enterprise every stage.But in general,the introduction of professional managers is a kind of good medicine to promote the development of family enterprises.Despite the kinds of obstacles,if properly introduced,it will be beneficial to the long-term development of enterprises.
