Inventory Management Study About CEMA Ptoduct Of Daweike Ltd.

Almost in all enterprise, inventory without doubt act a very important role, it will deeply impact the daily manufacture, management and development. One side, inventory can adjust burthen, improve service level, achieve benefit and fit for the requirement of our customer. On the other hand, superfluous inventory will occupy large floating bankroll, increase the cost of management inventory and so on. During the daily works, we usually face to one problem:More floating bankroll were occupied by more inventory, profit were licked up! So all the department of the enterprise almost find out all the method to control and decrease the inventory, even look forward to achieve deep-dyed zero inventory on day. Being that concept, we not only import ERP system but also to extend the JIT management mode all over the company which study from TOYOTA. But unfortunately, the result is that the inventory is really decreasing,the service indicators OTD is also decreased too.On top of the delivery is not on time, customer complaints are increase and the business are lapse. The inventory's decreasing is not improve inventory turn-rate and increase the income of the sales, the benefit is drop down instead. So, we have to deeply review the question:How we should to manage the inventory on earth? what we should doing in the daily works? So, according to the current status of our facility, I want to study how to set up the inventory for CEMA products of our company. The major work of my thesis are below;1.Introduce CEMA products of Da weike ltd and application base on idiosyncrasy.2.By the situation of it, analyze the current five method of inventory controlling, such as::Kanban (Kan),Make to stock (MTS),Make to order (MTO),Customer specific stock (CSS),Assemble to order. (ATO) and so on.3.Simpling analysis the situation and some questions which current inventor controlling method faceing.4.By the ABC class method to classify CEMA products to different types, then forecast the requirement by the time sequence mothed. At the same time, make a mold of control inventory by the multi-goods, look for the optimized system to balance all kinds of cost. Applying theory to practice, I would like to provide a actual way and thinking to improve the inventory situation and service level. 5.By the results of ABC class method upon, I issued the relative suggestion of management inventory. By the information of customer and system monitor, change the mold of control inventory and management policy, it will manage inventory and fit for the requirement of customer better.The thesis can provide some good suggestion to the companies in the same filed, even though the example or data is from the special enterprise. Also it is valuable to the companies which are suffering high level inventory.
