Budget control is a budget management count for much of a working talent, but in Taiwan the business the fulfillment, this working talent got full exertive. This text's thinking the main reason that the budget control get difficulty in the application is budget management and ERP system mutually independence, budget management become a business enterprise information an isolated island. This text first to realization budget control of premise, budget control of the characteristic carry on analysis and focused how to set up according to the budget of the ERP system control model, put forward according to the budget of the ERP system control model from control object, control calculate way, control way, budget management and ERP system of integration way four part constitute. The thesis analyzes the effectiveness with use of ERP (Enterprise Resources Planning) in CG company. It suggests that successful use of budget management system should integrate ERP with the Budget Management efficiently in modern enterprises, so as to realize the management function.At present, in Taiwan, the budget management information system has deficiency in handling with the management accounting theoretic, So it is important and difficult to integrate budget management information system with the idiographic instance and the realistic demands. The thesis focuses on the current problems of ERP's use and studies how to get satisfactory result with using budget management information system in enterprises.
