| At present, Hotel Revenue Management is a new and developing topic in the hotel industry, as one of the most important element of Revenue Management, Building the Revenue Management Model based on Pricing Management is the core of the study. This research has important practical significance, it provides an important theoretical foundation for the hotel to optimization revenue, it is also provide good ways and means to improve the management level and core competency.Pricing Management is a research hotspot of Revenue Management, Price Discrimination is the base of the Pricing Management. In this study, based on expound the revenue management and pricing management,it analyzed the main construction method of the Pricing-Revenue Management Model, including Threshold approach Optimization,Mathematical programming,Economic methodology etc, and using threshold approach, optimization to build model, following the ideal that control the sales price through the threshold point to maximum revenue, then take the corresponding parameters of Changsha into the model, to obtain the corresponding optimal threshold point.In order to make the hotel Revenue Management more effective, this paper presents specific recommendations for the hotel industry of Changsha:to analyze the hotel's price structure, to use the hotel's reservation system as more as possible, to save the hotel booking records, to cultivate and recommend senior economist management talents. |
