As economic conditions improve, national income levels increase, coupled with the Olympics and other large-scale international competition and international conference held in domestic large and medium-sized cities, Chinese tourism industry has experienced a brilliant period of development. But starting in 2013, the market has changed. One is the global and domestic economic development pressure increasing; Second, after eighteen big paragraph "eight", government spending power control; 3 is the number of domestic hotel industry rapid development lead to a sharp increase in a large international hotel group, rushed into the domestic hotel industry's competition intensified, China's hotel industry demand for revenue management has mentioned the agenda. Price is the strategy choice of revenue management perspective, this paper analyzes how senior hotel industry through dynamic pricing to adapt to the competitive environment, in order to get maximum profit.First, this paper analyzes the revenue management, pricing strategy related theory research, on the basis of this puts forward the necessity of modern advanced hotel management; Second, H hotels, for example, analysis the present situation of the hotel industry and pricing mode, points out the existing problems that exist in the pricing strategy and put forward the concrete improvement measures;Again, in combination with the practical situation of H hotels, according to the revenue management implementation steps, analyzes the market environment, data prediction, information management, pricing strategy, performance evaluation, such as content, the price is suitable for the hotel development strategy; Finally points out the problems in the pricing strategy in the implementation process of, establishing the organization, culture, people, information, four sorts of safeguard measures, hope that through this study, for our country, a senior hotel constantly enhance the level of service management and promote the healthy and orderly development of hotel industry to provide the theoretical basis and practical reference.
