Comrade Hu Jintao points out that to achieve urban modernization, we must focus on improving the urban management level. To improve the urban management level, the most basic is to increase the management level of city management staff, so we must make the work of urban management officers have a higher self-satisfaction. Only job satisfaction of urban management staff has been increased, do they work more and can inspire their enthusiasm, creative good dedication, truly make high-performance. With the accelerated process of urbanization, urban management has increasingly become the focus of concern in the community, urban management staff and the management of the relationship between managed objects has become a target of public criticism. This not only affects the image of urban management, but also made a greater work pressure, resulting in the low performance of the urban management and staff for their own job satisfaction is not high.This urban management sector staff satisfaction study used questionnaire interviews to collect information with employee satisfaction theory, performance management, management, organizational behavior, human resource management theory as the theoretical basis, using standard analytical and empirical analysis combining qualitative and quantitative analysis of a combination of systems analysis study. An analysis on the urban management sector staff satisfaction index of the main factors factor analysis with SPSS software obtained affecting the urban management sector staff satisfaction factors model, and analysis of major impact and the corresponding solutions.
